YH51 series additives contain a variety of other additives such as surface active agent, corrosion inhibitor and other additives. It is used in combination with conventional inorganic acid and is applied to the removal of oil and rust in iron and steel. It has the function of removing oil and preventing the corrosion of the workpiece. It can restrain acid mist well and protect the working environment.
YH51-L is a normal temperature additive (the maximum temperature is not more than 40 C). It has a good deoiling effect at low temperature and very little corrosion to the matrix metal. It is suitable for the plant without heating conditions.
YH51-H is a medium temperature additive, the speed of removing oil and rust removal is fast, and the use temperature is 85 degree C will not appear the appearance of the surface active agent (when the Fe2+ is too high), it is suitable for production line production.
YH51-H is a phosphoric acid wide temperature type additive, suitable for welding parts, assemblies, deoiling and rust removing operations.

The dispensing and management of the slots:
In the tank, the 1/3 volume water is filled, and the calculated industrial sulphuric acid is slowly added to the mixing edge, so that it is cooled naturally, and the amount of industrial hydrochloric acid is added to the specified volume, and the free acidity can be put into use. YH51-H, YH51- M is the same as YH51-L, but only with different acid species.
During the use of slots, because of chemical reaction, the workpiece is brought out of the bath liquid to reduce the various components and reduce the free acidity. When the oil and rust removal ability drops, 1% YH51 additives should be added. When the rust removal capacity is reduced, some hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid should be added, and the free acidity of LKG sulphuric acid in each cubic slot is increased by 2 points. The free acidity of LKG hydrochloric acid increased by 1 points, and the free acidity of LKG phosphoric acid increased by 2 points per m3 in YH51-M solution. The liquid can be used for a long time as long as regular tests are added.
